Andhra Pradesh PSC was set up on 1 November 1956 and its main purpose is to carry out recruitment for various departments in the government of Andhra Pradesh.

Important Dates:

Online application will only be carried out between February 08, 2013 and March 07, 2013.

Last date of Fee payment is March 05, 2013.

Written Examination Date for Observers (Engineering) Posts is June 23, 2013

Written Examination Date for Observers (Non-Engineering) Post is May 26, 2013

Eligibility Criteria:

The educational qualification needed by the applicants is the Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering for Observer (Engineers) and Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry for observers (Non-engineering).

Age Limit: As on July 01, 2012

The age of the candidate must fall between 18 years to 34 years. The age relaxation is provided to ST/SC candidates for 5 years, PWD candidates for 10 years, N.C.C. for 3 years, Ex-service man for 3 year. There are other age relaxations too. Pay Scale:

Pay scale for both the engineering and non-engineering post is Rs. 13660 – 38570/-.

Application Fee & How to:

The application processing fee is of Rs. 100 and Rs. 80 as the examination fee. Candidates who are exempted from only the Examination fees of Rs. 80. The payment of the application processing fee is compulsory for all.

Firstly, Candidate has to logon to the APSPSC Website (www.apspsc.gov.in) and enter his/her Basic Personal Details like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, and Community. Thereafter, the Applicant will get downloadable Challan Form. Candidate can pay the fee at State Bank of India/ AP Online centres. After payment o the fee at the mentioned centres candidates will get a filled challan form with a Journal number that has to be entered on the website.

Selection Process:

The candidates will be hired on the basis of written exam. The merit list will be made on the basis of examination and further they will be hired after proper medical examination.

The mode of application is totally online. No other mode is accepted.

How to Apply:

Interested candidates are required to visit the website www.apspsc.gov.in .

Logon to the WEBSITE (www.apspsc.gov.in) and enter his/her Basic Personal Details like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, and Community.

Get downloadable challan Form to pay the Fee at AP Online centers /State Bank of India, obtain Fee paid challan with Journal Number.

A self attested scanned passport size photograph in JPG format (Sign with Black Pen Only) has to be uploaded at the website during your registration.

On the next working day after payment of Fee the Applicant should again visit website and enter the Journal Number to get and fill the format of Application and should submit ON-LINE.
